Happy Fourth Weekend Friends,
This summer sure does look and feel a bit different, but I don’t think Independence Day could ever truly be canceled while hamburgers and lakes and family and puppies and fireworks and flags and pies continue on as the fabric of america, even during a pandemic, a divided country and These uncertain times. I hope you and yours have had your fair share of all things sweet and sparkly this weekend. I sure have.
I certainly didn’t think a 3600 mile road trip was the first thing I would do post Covid lockdown, but alas, I am always being shown I cannot predict this thing called life no matter how much I try. Here’s
a little post on my adventures so far and some advice if you’re thinking about hitting the road this summer and beyond.

Missing this five star spangled crew this weekend after so many years of celebrating Fourth together. Yet this weekend we have been able to find pure magic with another side of our family. I can’t stop kissing Michael under the fireworks and letting Sofia indulge in a few cheeseburger crumbs from the grill and god bless this United States of America, wishing for liberty, freedom and equality for all and a very Happy Fourth Weekend to you 💥🍔🇺🇸💙🌭⭐️
