This canvas has been painted over maybe 6 times that I can remember - I’ve been toying with this piece since I was painting out of my kitchen! I wanted that hazy sense you feel watching the sun set at the beach. It was just never quite right. After returning from a trip to Mexico it’s one of the first things I painted and it just came out of me, simple, easy, perfect. Just like Tulum! XO Kristen
