Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the exception of art and will be issued store credit. Item must be in original, unused, unopened, salable condition. If we are closed for business at the time you wish to make your return you must email hello@kristencoates.net with RETURN in the subject line.

Art may be taken on loan for up to 3 days, client is responsible for all shipping and delivery and must have a credit card on file.

All art sales are final and non-refundable, non-transferrable and not applicable for store credit.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. 

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards 
  • Memberships 
  • Workshops 
  • Subscriptions

Additionally, the following are non-transferable and of no cash value:

  • Memberships 
  • Workshops 
  • Subscriptions

To complete your return for online orders, please email hello@kristencoates.net for an RMA.

Store Credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be issued within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items or discounted items cannot be returned for store credit and are final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kristen_coates@me.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return assuming the return is made within 7 days of receipt. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and she will find out about your return.
