Furniture does not ship complimentary and is the exception to all promotions and offers for free shipping. Once a furniture order is submitted online or in the store, clients will be contacted by customer service to arrange delivery at the expense of the client.
By purchasing art and/or objects from Kristen Coates Art & Home you agree that Kristen Coates Art & Home is relinquished from all responsibility or fault from damages that may occur in transit through a third party carrier. Although complimentary shipping may be offered from time to time, this does not alter the fact Kristen Coates Art & Home is not responsible for packages once they leave our facilities and that includes art, objects or any other item we may ship on your behalf. Kristen Coates Art & Home will not accept returns or refunds of any kind due to damages that occur in transit by third party shipping carriers and by shopping with us you as the client agree to this policy. By shopping this website or placing an order in our store clients are accepting these terms.
Clients are responsible for paying return shipping costs if the order meets the return requirements listed in our Return Policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return receives a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Depending on delivery times, location of shipping address and general shipping delays, the time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered, may vary and during the summer months or holiday season may experience additional delays due to high shopping traffic.
Clients shipping items over $75, should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
